I would like to give you some feedback regarding my experience the past years that Bobby has been with you for Orthodontia services. From the first set of braces, I think Bobby thought you were very COOL … He enjoyed going to his appointments and as you were rockin` and singing to music I could tell Bobby thought a lot of you. Your personality with the kids is awesome! You were very informative on what was needed, and what to expect with the course of his braces. Your staff always welcoming and you were highly recommended. On our second round of braces Bobby looked up to you. I believe at one time he was interested in becoming an orthodontist, asking about shadowing you at your office (actually I think he did???). Also the contests and incentives that you offer for the kids is a great way to promote creativity and responsibility, not to mention FUN! Bobby is so happy with his teeth, and he smiles all the time. With his braces off, he looks older, like growing up!!! Thank you for your services, mentorship, and enthusiasm.
